Mega288 Terms & Conditions – Full Guide for Malaysian Players

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Mega288" or "Platform" refers to the mega288.wine website along with all services, products, and features available on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses Mega288's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player on the Mega288 platform.
• "Credits" refers to the cash balance in a player's Mega288 account that can be used to place bets or play games.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or other benefits granted by Mega288 to players as part of a promotion.
• "Rollover" refers to the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus or credit can be withdrawn from your Mega288 account.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency used for all transactions on the Mega288 platform.

2. Player Eligibility

Mega288 services are available only to individuals who fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Residing in Malaysia or holding valid access rights under applicable local laws.
• Have never been banned or blocked by Mega288 for any reason, including terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

3. Account Registration

Registering a Mega288 account is free and can be completed in just a few minutes. However, players must comply with the following requirements during and after registration:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information is sufficient grounds for immediate account termination by Mega288.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on Mega288. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — constitute a serious violation.
• Players are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Mega288 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a player's own disclosure of their login information.
• Players must notify Mega288 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account by contacting our 24/7 customer support in Bahasa Melayu.

4. Deposits & Payments

Mega288 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods, all processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit):

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Mega288 does not accept deposits from third parties or via payment methods not listed above. Any deposit that fails to process will be automatically refunded within 24 hours to the original payment method.

5. Fund Withdrawals

Mega288 players may make withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit or one that has been verified by the Mega288 team.
• Mega288 processes withdrawal requests within under 5 minutes to your Malaysian e-wallet or bank account once verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals involving accounts that have not completed full identity verification may take up to 24 hours while the verification process is finalised.
• Mega288 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed the stipulated threshold, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• Any bonus that has not met its rollover requirement cannot be included in a withdrawal amount and will be automatically deducted from your withdrawable balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Mega288 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms and conditions:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: Available for new players on their first deposit only, up to a maximum of RM 1,500. A rollover requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Parlay Boost: An automatic bonus applied to parlay odds when a player combines 3 or more matches. The boost percentage depends on the number of legs in the parlay.
• 10% Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period and credited every Monday — no application required.
• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Mega288 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through dishonest means, fraudulent attempts, or violation of any stipulated terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until the rollover requirements have been fully met.

7. Sports Betting

All bets placed on Mega288's Sports Betting section — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, Malaysia Open badminton, BWF, e-sports, and all other sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except in cases of verified technical error as determined by Mega288.
• Mega288 reserves the right to void bets and issue refunds where a significant odds error has occurred due to a system fault or inaccurate information.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or incomplete match under its original rules, Mega288 will follow the standard settlement policy set by the market provider.
• Live betting is subject to a reasonable processing delay. Mega288 is not liable for any losses resulting from such delays in circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Displayed odds are in decimal format and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those at the time of confirmation.
• Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the maximum limits set according to the selected sport type and market.

8. Casino Games & Virtual Sports

• Any technical disruption during a game session caused by factors outside Mega288's control (such as the player's internet connection) is not eligible for compensation claims.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Mega288 maintains a fair and safe playing environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any balance:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technological tools to access or operate the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised financial advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Mega288 platform for any financial activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
• Player collusion to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions using false information or through methods contrary to the intent of the relevant promotion.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to use your Mega288 account.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Mega288 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating possible fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• A player's own request to close their account for any reason.
• At Mega288's sole discretion where deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

When an account is closed at the player's request with no breach of terms, any remaining credit balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 5 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Mega288 shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform, including ordinary betting losses.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond Mega288's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by regulatory authorities.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in third-party information used in the setting of odds or betting markets.

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Mega288 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any changes via:

• An email notification sent to the registered email address on the player's account.
• A pop-up notice upon logging in to your Mega288 account.

Continued use of the Mega288 platform after amended terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of those new terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may choose to close your account before the amendment's effective date without any penalty.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any formal legal action is taken.
